Holiday on a Roll.

Finally got around to recreating the sandwich I had a few summers ago. Turkey, creme cheese, and cranberry sauce. I added some onions and nixed the sprouts because they are damn expensive.

White Turkey Chili.

First round of repurposing Thanksgiving turkey leftovers.

Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, rolls, whole cranberry sauce, yeast rolls, and pumpkin pie. The turkey was only ok. I think it was a bit overcooked as I used the pan lid, but didn't really change the roasting time too much. But now I have a roasting pan and five complete turkey dinners in my freezer.

Albondigas.

Sourced from Elise. The outstanding addition in this is the mint mixed in with the meat, which was turkey. As always, I'm very hesitant with the salt so it ended up missing something. I also tried to reconstitute some tomato paste into tomato sauce but didn't use enough paste.
